Penn State Executive Programs is the executive education and corporate learning division of the Smeal College of Business at Penn State.

We manage the entire lifecycle of the relationship, offering complete services that range from learning design, custom module development, stakeholder communication, coordination of delivery logistics, and post-program support.

Relationship Director

We appoint a relationship director to connect all aspects of the relationship to ensure fulfillment of your goals, from vision to implementation and beyond. Our directors offer deep experience in leadership and organization development as well as learning solution design. The relationship director leads the design team that includes faculty with the most relevant research and program administrators.

Faculty

Penn State Executive Programs selects faculty based on their academic expertise, experience working within organizations, proficiency in executive education, and their ability to work with executives.
