Program Content

The Penn State & NAPSA High Impact Performance (HIP) Curriculum™ is built around three Core Competency Modules™ and uses a proprietary Inside-out Instruction (IOEC) System™ emphasizing “hands-on,” practical, role-playing scenarios to develop skills and anchor learning. The program uses four assessment instruments as onboarding pre-work to assure a personal and customized learning experience. The onboarding process begins with a one-hour phone interview to capture the participant’s expectations, goals, and concerns. Participants also complete a Getting to Know You Questionnaire, Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI), and a Multiple Intelligences Inventory. On the first day of the program, results are reviewed and provide valuable insight in preparation for the Core Competency Modules™.

Module 1: Performance-Driven Leadership

Module 2: Business and Financial Acumen (The Power of Numbers)

Module 3: Secrets to High-Performing Teams

We are not teaching business competencies from a traditional business perspective. Rather, we are revealing business competencies from a football perspective. This is a unique inside-out approach.
Brad Mitchell, Founder of NAPSA

Value For You and Your Organization
