Dates and Delivery

This course will be delivered through a blended program model using the SHRM Learning System to streamline study time, accelerate learning, and build confidence for passing the certification exam. The first session will be conducted live to introduce you to the materials. Then there will be eight (8) instructor-led weekly webinars. The SHRM Learning System can be accessed via your PC, laptop, mobile device, or e-reader -- making it easy to study wherever and whenever you want.The final session will be held live for program review and a final exam that signifies certification readiness. Exam Dates and Application Deadlines

We are pleased to share that our pass rates exceed the national rates on both the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification exams.  Recent pass rates for the CP exam were 15 percentage points higher; SCP rates were 43 points higher.

  • Exam Window: May 1, 2019 -- July 15, 2019
  • Applications Accepted: January 2 -- March 22, 2019
  • Late Application Deadline: April 12, 2019

Fees

The program fee of $1,299 includes 36 hours of instructor-led training via the SHRM Learning System that includes hard copy manuals and online resources. Members of local SHRM chapters receive discount. Participants also receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
