Program Objectives

Customers are the heart of what you do. A satisfied customer pays continuous dividends in positive perceptions of your organization. Acquire the processes, tools, and skills that instill Excellent Customer Service.

Program Content

•  Know what to look and listen for in customer service needs, circumstances, and expectations.
•  Learn how to watch for triggers that may lead to customer pitfalls.
•  Apply communication techniques to improve customer service face-to-face, electronically or on the phone.

A Certificate of Completion from Penn State and .35 CEUs will be awarded upon completion of this workshop.

Note: This program awards .35 CEUs. Penn State Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available based on a standard of one unit per ten hours of classroom instruction.




The program fee is $299 and covers tuition and materials. Active military personnel, PSU alumni, and teams of three or more attending this program from one company are eligible for a 20% program discount.
